Spring, colorful salads

Spring salads are above all light, healthy and give energy for the next few busy hours. Try an exotic combination with shrimps, soy sauce, sprouts, garlic, olive oil, sugar peas and lemongrass. If you prepare such a salad at the party, it will certainly surprise the invited guests. For those who do not like too much extravagance in the kitchen, we recommend a spring, colorful salad based on lamb's lettuce, tomatoes, Greek type cheese, sunflower seeds and toasts, seasoned with olive oil and white wine vinegar. When cutting many ingredients for a salad, we need a sharp and ergonomic knife. To all fans of vegetable dishes, we recommend the Smart 8 " kitchen knife, which quickly cuts tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions or celery.

For a small hunger – soup

If you look for unusual flavors and ingredients that you can find near your home, go to your garden, pick a bunch of nettle and prepare a bowl of spring, nettle soup. Nettle, which is mostly associated with the medicine of our grandparents against reomatism, may also appears on the plate. Take a walk around your garden or nearby forest and collect as many young nettle leaves as possible, preferably the top, finer ones – they have the most nutrients. At home, remember to burn the nettle to get rid of microorganisms and a painful burning sensation. Then, take a medium-sized pot. Boil water with laurel leaves, allspice, garlic, salt and vegetables (carrots, potatoes). Fry the onion with the nettle in a frying pan, then put it to the already made brew, stir and season, for example with marjoram. You can also blend the soup -  you will get a delicious nettle cream. With an extra spoon of yogurt on the top, the soup will taste just perfect.
