The frying pan is made of high-quality die-cast aluminium, therefore it is remarkably resistant to deformation and scratching. The frying pan has a Swiss ceramic coating Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic Non Stick, covered with layers of Xerogel, preventing meals from sticking to the pan.
The thick bottom, consisting of 4 layers, provides even heat distribution inside the pan, which shortens the frying time and reduce the energy consumption. The frying pan has a built-in aluminium disc with Full Induction technology. It allows to use a frying pan on all types of cookers: induction, gas, electric and ceramic.
The ergonomic handle with a Soft Touch coating fits perfectly in the hand and does not heat up, which ensures safety while frying at high temperatures.
The frying pan does not contain any toxic substances and completely safe for health and environment.
